Heraeus Conductive Polymers Division is the worldwide leading supplier of intrinsically conductive polymers. The product portfolio comprises of:
• Clevios™ M : the monomer ethylene dioxythiophen (EDOT),
• Clevios™ C : a line of oxidizer agents for in-situ polymerization
• Clevios™ P and K : a large range of polyethylene dioxythiophene (PEDOT:PSS) polymers and formulations.
As the team that invented PEDOT (in the laboratories of our former owner Bayer AG), Heraeus Conductive Polymers Division stands in the unique position of depth of knowledge in the development, production and delivery of commercially available material for a broad range of applications.
Fourteen Drs of Physics and Chemistry combine to offer research and applications technology support for the development of Clevios™. Meeting the requirements of new technologies with innovative solutions for high voltage capacitors, organic LED and solar cell applications and new alternatives for touch screen applications, Clevios™ materials provide options based around conductivity flexibility and transparency that do not exist in many traditional metal based technologies.
